Due the development and especially acquiring coal mining (CCOW) in Indonesia, We are now seeking outstanding talent as the following position:
Facility Admin & Receptionist
Main Role
Responsible for the service activities for the office, monitoring office supplies, and administration works aligned with the standard procedure applied to support the company's daily operational. Also, perform corporate receptionist duties by professionally greeting and assisting visitors and employees both in person, on the phone, and via e-mail.
Role of Accountabilities
· Create and maintain a professional and organized lobby environment, as well as other common areas including pantry, meeting rooms and supply areas.
· Responsible for ordering and delivering beverages and meals for employees in the office.
· Responsible for managing company mail including mail boxes, postage, sorting and distributing mail.
· Maintain accurate records and reconciliation of petty cash.
· Responsible for restocking and maintaining inventory levels of office and kitchen supplies.
· Doing correspondence, documentation, and filing to support the administrative tasks for the employees.
· Make annual budget forecasting related to the office administration activities as a recommendation to the General Affairs Department's budgetting process.
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages, provide information to callers.
· Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination.
· Other duties as needed
Role Cognitive
Able to exercise judgments requiring "Assertive" processing (such as require to be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the road.
Knowledge & Skill
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling office/ Facility administration and reception duties
· Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company
· High motivation to fulfilling requests to meet timelines supporting the work of others
· Able to take initiative and to follow through on tasks

Specific Required
1. Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university or academy.
2. Experienced minimum 3 years handling office administration and receptionist duties.
3. Willing to work extended hours due to tasks requirements.
4. Good English, both written and verbal
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office programs)
