[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy : Temporary Secretary (3months) at Indonesia Stock Exchange

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a self regulatory organization facilitating the development of capital market in Indonesia.

With our vision To be a Competitive Stock Exchange with World Class Credibility, we always put big attention in our human capital. At present we are looking for qualified person to fill the SECRETARY position (temporary for 3 months).

REQUIREMENTS:

· Female, 21 – 25 years old

· D3 Secretary /S1 in Business Adm from reputable university with GPA > 3,00

· Fresh graduated or max. 2 years experienced

· Excellence communication and interpersonal skill

· Skillful in Ms. Office

· Highly motivated and customer service oriented

· Attention to detail

· Skillful in administrative duties

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have vacancies for the following position in Jakarta:

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting marketing proposal
Creating brochures concepts for our products and services
Responsible for coordinating and participating in events and conferences
Updating our website
Creating mailers and sending mass emails out to our prospective customers
Market research of our competition and competitive products
Advertising in local industry magazines of our products and services
Updating our company profile
Creating a video/infomercial about our company
Coordinate with graphics designers, web designers, and event organizing ensuring the company's event or conferences run successfully.

Job Requirements:

· D3/ S1 in any degree with min. GPA 3.0.

· Have strong passion in product and brand development.

· Excellent presentation & networking skills.

· Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.

· Marketing-oriented and a strong drive to succeed with personal credibility.

Finance Manager

Responsibilities: making and reporting monthly financial statements, yearly financial, controlling daily financial transaction (including taxation) and improving company's internal control system.

Requirements:

· Male

· Age not more than 45 years old

· Holding at least bachelor degree from reputable university majoring accountancy, or finance

· Experience in finance at least 4 years (as Finance manager preferable)

· Good knowledge about IFRS and GAAP

· Experience in shipping or export import company preferable

· Computer literate

· Good command in English
