We are looking for qualified candidates to fill vacant position as below:

1. Engineer (15 positions)
Male/Female, max. 35 yrs, S1 Eng., min. 3 yrs in the same field, having knowledge in analyzing project and making feasibility study is advantageous.
2. Management Trainee (30 positions)
Male/Female, max. 25 yrs, D3/S1 in any discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
3. Training Officer (2 positions)
Male/Female, max. 35 yrs, S1 any discipline (psychology is preferable).

1. Finance and Accounting Manager

requirement :

Male or Female, age between 23 - 32 years old
S1 graduated majoring in Finance and Accounting
Min. 4 year experience in same position
Strong leadership
Integrity and loyalty
Good command in English and computer literate.
Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation.
Understand Taxation with the updated rules, especially in handling Tax PPh Masa (PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat (2), PPh 26 dan PPh 21
Able to operate Accounting software Tally 6.33 would be an advantage

2. Tax and Accounitng staff

requirement :

S1 graduated majoring in Accounting
Min. 3 year experience in related background
Good command in English and computer literate.

Extensive knowledge in Purchasing, including internal budget (vehicle issues, building maintenance, office support)
Posses good judgment and negotiations skills and self confidence
Good responsibility, discipline, honest and highly motivated.
Able to work with all members either as a team or individually.

[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy at Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia .

The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership.

Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following positions:

PROJECT MANAGER SIAP II

Organizational Context

Kem it raan is currently working w it h four organizations; SEKNAS F it ra, ASPPUK, TIRI, and LSPP; in implementing the USAID-support, Strengthening Integr it y and Accountabil it y Program II. This Project aims to develop the capac it y of non-state actors (civil society organizations, the media and univers it ies) to strengthen integr it y and accountabil it y of government run social welfare programs which, under this particular proposal, will be focused on the areas of health, education, and women's small /medium enterprises.

In ensuring that this aim is effectively implemented, Kem it raan along w it h it s four consortium partners will strengthen the civil society's capac it y in conducting oversight of government social programs, enhance the investigative journalism and reporting capac it y of journalists and journalism/communication students, and enhance the higher education inst it utions' capac it y in mainstreaming integr it y and accountabil it y principles.

Kem it raan's strategy in implementing this project is based upon the principal that it is important to in it iate programs that will promote the greatest benef it and stimulate the greatest interest for ordinary c it izens because it is ordinary c it izens who stand to gain or lose the most as a result of government's efforts to enhance qual it y of life. Unfortunately, ordinary c it izens often feel that they do not have the author it y to hold public officials accountable for policies and how they are implemented. This (mis) perceived lack of author it y means that policy develo pme nt is often unmon it ored and dominated by backroom pol it ical dealings, collusion and corruption.

Based on this understanding, the SIAP II Consortium have develop a set of programmatic components that aim to create a c it izenry that is more actively engaged in ensuring greater accountabil it y in Government. Because it is not possible to provide assistance to each and every individual c it izen, it is necessary to provide support to inst it utions that have a broad reach to a wide range of c it izens; such as CSOs, media, and educational inst it utions that can serve key roles in supporting and enhancing the capac it y of ordinary c it izens in demanding greater accountabil it y from the government.
