Uraian singkat :
Saat ini kebutuhan pengelolaan informasi yang berkaitan dengan HR dan GA sudah sangat penting, mengingat makin banyaknya data yang perlu dikelola. Sudah banyak provider software khusus HR, namun harganya belum ekonomis (ratusan juta), dan sulit untuk dikustomisasi, karena source code dipegang oleh provider, dan harus melalui providernya.
Training ini memfokuskan bagaimana merancang/mendesain software database yang akan digunakan untuk pengelolaan data karyawan, fasilitas transportasi kantor, pembelian ATK, penerimaan dan seleksi karyawan, online test dll. Menggunakan software yang selama ini (mungkin) sudah ada di dalam computer kita tanpa disadari, yaitu Microsoft Access. Materi yang sederhana, penyajian yang mudah dimengerti, langsung case study, dan langsung praktek (peserta sebaiknya membawa laptop masing2).
Dengan kemampuan membangun database sendiri, maka produk yang kita buat akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis kita, dan apabila di kemudian hari akan dikembangkan lebih lanjut, kita sendirilah yang bisa mengkustomisasinya, tanpa biaya apapun, karena sepenuhnya milik kita.

Tujuan umum :
Peserta mampu membangun suatu database HR yang dapat digunakan di lingkungan kerja masing-masing (full praktek)

Detail
Pengenalan konsep database, mencakup perbedaan yang mencolok antara menggunakan MS Excel dan MS Access. sulitnya menggunakan Excel saat data yang dikelola bertingkat.
Persiapan pembuatan database, mencakup mempersiapkan judul-judul table dan field-field untuk tiap table. Peserta langsung dapat mengeksplorasi kebutuhan di kantor masing-masing dengan saling mengusulkan dan mengisi. juga dijelaskan bagaimana men-setting parameter tiap field sesuai kebutuhan.
Membuat hubungan antar table (relationship), tarik sana, tarik sini, langsung tersambung table-table satu sama lain.
Membuat form, tinggal klik, langsung jadi. lalu tambahkan tombol-tombol (button) untuk memudahkan navigasi data. juga menghias tampilan database supaya terlihat menarik.
Membuat query. ini yang agak rumit, tapi tinggal pilih-pilih field dari beberapa table dan jadilah!
Membuat laporan, melalui query yang sudah dibuat, kita tinggal setting tampilan laporan yang diinginkan. data secara otomatis akan tersaji sesuai kebutuhan kita
Penutup, menjadi forum tanya jawab santai untuk memantapkan pengetahuan yang telah dipelajari hari itu, dan kemungkinan pengembangan lebih lanjut.
