Our Client, a multinational company engaged in the construction area in marine, industrial, infrastructure and general building projects is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

1. QA/QC INSPECTOR (QCI)
Direct Responsibility :
- assistance with preparation and implementation of the project quality plan
- review of work methods statements and preparation of inspection and test plan
- continuous site inspections with supervisory staff and owners representatives
- inspection and assessment of vendors and subcontractor
- daily & weekly reporting to Project Quality Engineer and Corporate Quality Manager

Qualification :
- University Degree in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical Engineering
- Age between 24-30 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience on construction projects (Site Engineer or Quality Engineer)
- Having experience from internation contractor or experience with oil & gas related projects are preferred
- IT knowledge of MS Office and Power Point

2. SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER (SSO)
Direct Responsibilty :
- personal welfare & safety to our employee
- environmental matters
- preparation of project safety plan
- implementation of project safety plan & safety prochedures on the project siteon
- managing a team of site safety inspectors
- reviewing methods statements
- preparation of risk assessment for construction activities
- inspection of lifting equipment, tools, general construction equipment, scaffolding
- daily & weekly reporting to Project Management and Corporate Safety Manager

Qualification :
- University Degree in Civil, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years experience on construction projects (Project Safety Officer)
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Having experience for international contractors or experience on oil & gas related projects are preferred
- Good understanding on lifting equipments and devices, inspection of major construction equipment, inspection of scaffolding, safety and environmental regulation
- IT knowledge of MS Office

3. SENIOR AUTOCAD DRAFTER (SDR)
Qualification :
- University Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 26-40 years old
- Minimum 6 years experience as Autocad Drafter for contractor or engineering company
- Good understanding of civil construction projects
- Drafters with civil / marine design experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Autocad & experience in 3D modelling

4. CHIEF MECHANIC (CM)
Qualification :
- Mechanical background
- Age between 26-40 years old

- Having experiences in construction in handling equipment/heavy machinery & genset for at least 2-3 years
- Excellent knowledge of Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Genset & Transmission System

- Able to lead & direct the team efficiently

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITION :
- Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities
- Strong in Leadership skill
- Team Worker
- Good command of English both oral & written

1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER MARINE PROJECT (CMMP)

Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 30-40 years old
- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 10 years experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level
- Must have worked for a construction contractor
- Have particularly strong contract management skills.
- A good record within HSE.
- Broad experience in marine construction works.

2. ENGINEERING MANAGER MARINE PROJECT (EMMP)

Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 30-40 years old

- You will be a qualified engineer with at least 5 years experience in marine civil engineering at a senior level
- Must have worked for a construction contractor
- Have particularly strong contract management skills.
- A good record within HSE.
- Broad experience in marine construction works

3. SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE)
Qualification :
- Strong personality, good interpersonal skills, assertive, decisive, self motivated

- Minimum 10 years experience in projects and minimum 5 solid years experience in quality [QA/QC] in projects [buildings, marine or oil & gas jobs]
- Minimum S1, preferably Civil/ Architectural Engineer

- Maximum 45 years by 2010

- Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation

- Fluent English, oral and writing

- Good reporting skills [in English and Indonesian]

- Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA certified course] for ISO 9000 series

- Preferably having experience in project engineering team

- Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS etc.]

- Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, and other quality documentations

- Having sufficient knowledge and practical experience of Quality Improvement Tools

4. SENIOR CIVIL / MARINE ENGINEER (SCM)
Direct Responsibility :
- coordinating team engineers in the Head Office
- support marine tenders & projects
- tender application & managing of the tender teams
- work preparation for new projects
- continuous improvement of work preparation & quality prochedures
- engineering assistance of our ongoing projects
- assistance with selection & recruitment of new project engineers
- marketing assistance for new project opportunities
- design coordination for design & construct projects
- assignment to projects as Engineering Manager or Project Manager will be possible as well

Qualification :
- University Degree in Civil or Maritime Engineering
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Minimum 8 years experience on civil and marine construction project (Site Manager, Engineering Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager)
- Having experiences in international contractors are preferred
- Good understanding in Cost Control, Quality System, Contract Administration, and Safety
- IT knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Autocad
- Based on Head Office in Jakarta

5. SENIOR PROCUREMENT ENGINEER (SPE)

Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 27-35 years old

- Should have previous experience in a similar role and position procuring goods and services for infrastructure and/or utility projects.

6. CONTRACT ADMNISTRATOR ENGINEER (CAE)

Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 27-35 years old

- Having 5 years experiences in Contract Administration of Integrated Engineering Procurement & Construction Project

- Computer literated (MS Office - All Packages)

- Able to identified, knowing & exposure comprehensively "Condition of Contracts" and ISO / QA Procedures

- Proficiency in English language required for efficient review / understanding for intepretation of Contracts Documents, effective correspondence and submittals

- Interpersonal, team player and effective communication

7. SENIOR PROJECT QUALITY SURVEYOR (SPQS)

Qualification :

- University Degree in Civil or Maritime or Architectural Engineering
- Age between 27-35 years old

- Able to handling

in the areas of both pre-contract and post-contract administration

- Having experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm(s) in ALL aspects of Quantity Surveying practice will be advantages

- Prefferably having exposure to both civil and marine building projects

- Knowledge of various types of procurement methods and Construction Contracts
- Computer Literate

- Ability to work on projects independently with minimum or no supervision

- A good team player

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITION :
- 5 years experiences in Building / Marine Project

- Must have Eductional background degree in CIVIL / ARCHITECTURAL / MARITIME ENGINEERING

- Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities

PT. Yepeka Usaha Mandiri, membutuhkan civil engineer dengan persyaratan sbb :

1. 2 (dua) orang Sarjana Teknik Sipil pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.

2. Menguasai program microsoft office

3. Menguasai program analisa struktur (Staad atau yang lainnya)

11.Umur pada saat mengajukan lamaran kerja tidak lebih dari 30 tahun dan diutamakan tidak merokok.

12.Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

1. Logistic / Formalities / Shipping Coordinator

· Educational Background Bachelor degree in engineering is advantage

· At least 3 years experience as Expediter at EPC Company

· Experience in handling 1 large scale EPCI project

· Have a good understanding and experienced in organize/ handle Master List

· Have experienced :

· Handle loading – unloading equipment

· Organize local shipment hire vessel, LCT , other small boats

· Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as a team

· Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure.

· Good command in English
