Recruitment & Development Specialist
(R&D Spc)
Position Purpose:
Provide recruitment and HR development processes to meet company's current and future demands of employment and organization development
The Requirements are :
· Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Psychologist or Master in Profession Psychology are preferable.
· Maximum 28 years old
· 1 Year of professional experience in recruitment and/or organization developmet
· Good command in English, both oral and written
· Computer literature
· Knowledge in HR theory and practices
· Ability to develop psychological measurement tool (questionnaire, scale, and interview manual)
· Knowledge in the use and interpretation of personality profiling
· Ability to use statistical knowledge and program
· Leadership skill
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Multi tasking, energetic, and able to work in team is a must
· Having a car would be an advantage
