Latar Belakang

Ketentuan-ketentuan ketenagakerjaan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah bertujuan untuk mengatur kehidupan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia, akan tetapi pemerintah pula sering mengeluarkan kebijakan aturan normatif yang tidak jelas dan tidak mengatur secara mendetil aturan-aturan tersebut sehingga menimbulkan banyak makna penafsiran oleh pihak pengusaha, hal ini tentu akan banyak menimbulkan konflik antara pengusaha dan tenaga kerja.

Perkembangan Hubungan Industrial dewasa ini ditandai oleh adanya perubahan yang sangat signifikan sebagai dampak globalisasi dan reformasi antara lain meliputi kebebasan berserikat, pelaksanaan HAM, supremasi hukum, otonom daerah sebagai hasil perubahan sistem pemerintahan, penerapan standar ketenagakerjaan internasional, infra struktur dan iklim investasi. Fenomena perubahan ini harus dipahami oleh semua pihak yang berinteraksi dalam hubungan industrial karena perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada akhirnya harus diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku dan sikap yang tepat karena menyangkut banyak aspek seperti sosial, budaya, ekonomi, politik dan upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan.

Menghadapi kenyataan ini, para praktisi dituntut untuk lebih sinergis dan cepat beradaptasi dengan kondisi nasional dan lingkungan dengan mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Untuk mencapai peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu adanya ketenangan kerja bagi pekerja/buruh serta ketenangan usaha bagi pengusaha. Hal ini dirasakan bahwa dengan menguasai peraturan ketenagakerjaan secara lengkap, para praktisi SDM diharapkan dapat menerapkannya secara tepat sehingga terjaga keseimbangan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban perusahaan maupun pekerja/buruh, serta terlaksananya kebijakan pemerintah yang terkait dengan baik.

Workshop ini ditujukan kepada para praktisi HRD khususnya di bidang Industrial Relation yang memiliki pengalaman dibawah 3 tahun dan disajikan secara singkat, padat dan merinci pokok-pokok hukum ketenagakerjaan yang perlu mendapat perhatian, berawal dari sejak dimulai adanya hubungan kerja, kemudian selama berlangsungnya hubungan kerja, sampai pada saat/setelah berakhirnya hubungan kerja dengan rujukan utamanya adalah peraturan-peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang mengatur hak dan kewajiban para pihak dalam hubungan kerja (perusahaan maupun pekerja/buruh) serta hubungannya dengan SP/SB dan pemerintah dalam bentuk undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan serta ketentuan pelaksanaan dalam bentuk Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Keputusan Presiden, Keputusan/Peraturan Menakertrans dan peraturan lainnya yang terkait.

MECHANICAL BUYER (2 )

Qualification :

Ø Education minimum D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering

Ø Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Buyer for Local & Import

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Ø Familiar and understandable technically with industrial / Mechanical equipment likes: pumps, blowers, heat exchanger, vessels, tanks, Compressor, Pipe

Ø Good knowledge computer program application ( SAP is preferable )

PROJECT SUPERVISOR / ENGINEER ( Expansion Project )

The positions required are :

MECHANICAL ENGINEER ( 30 )

CIVIL ENGHINEER ( 20 )

PIPING ENGINEER ( 30 )

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER ( 10 )

Qualification :

Ø Education minimum D3 / S1 Engineering

Ø Minimum 2 years experience

Ø Having experience for small and Medium scale projects

Ø Having Knowledge on International Engineering Standards, Control & Automation System ( PLC ) , Piping, Fabrication and Construction is preferable

Ø Good knowledge in Design, Costing & Estimation

PIPING / MECHANICAL DRAFTER (10 )

Qualification :

Ø Education minimum Senior High School ( SLTA )

Ø Minimum 2 years experience

Ø Good knowledge in Piping & Mechanical

CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DRAFTER ( 5 )

Qualification :

Ø Education minimum Senior High School ( SLTA )

Ø Minimum 2 years experience

Ø Good knowledge in Civil / Structure

CHEMICAL ENGINEER

Ø Education min. S1 Chemical Engineering

Ø Experience min 1 year or Fresh Graduate
