First Asia Consultants is a management consulting company with a range of services in Human Resources. Our services consist of Psychological Evaluation Program, Assessment Center, Human Resources System Development, Executive Search and Selection, and Outsourcing. We have clients from various industries such as banking, retail, consumer goods, oil & gas, transportation, media, etc.

Our Client is a national retail stationery company for 16 years collaborated with one of the biggest book store in Indonesia. Currently there are more than 500 employees dispersed to 24 respective business outlets, and they still need highly qualified individual to fulfill its team in Jakarta, Pontianak, Samarinda, Palembang, and Jayapura as :

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT-M1110)

Requirements :

S1 Degree, having 1 year of retail operation experience or for fresh graduates preferably having good record of organizational experiences
Male / Female, max.27 years old, single
Will be undergoing OJT for 3 months at our respective business outlets, willing to be rotated throughout Indonesia (big cities based)

STORE SUPERVISOR (SPV-M1110)

Requirements :

D3 Degree, having good record of organizational experiences
Male / Female, max.26 years old, single
Willing to work on shift schedule and public holiday
Willing to be rotated throughout Indonesia (big cities based)
