We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below: MINING PRODUCTION/OPERATION (Foreman-Supervisor-Superintendent)   Mining Production/Operation (Staff-Supervisor-Superintendent) Post Date: 31 Dec 09 Qualification: Max 35 years old Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / geology Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company   Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process Taking care of quality (QC) of mine product Good understanding about HSE / K3 Fluent in English both oral & written Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department Will be located in remote area (Maluku island) with rotation schedule Please submit your application letter complete with CV, recent photograph and expected salary to:  HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT PO BOX 8358 JKSMP JKT 12083 Or email to atmaryadi@haritanickel.com hrd_recruitment@haritamineral.com   Only qualified candidate match with the above mentioned qualifications and requirements will be notified for further selection
