PT. Catur Khita Persada was established in 1991 located at South Jakarta, at first being the agent for Highland/Production Oil Tools, which then became EVI Oil Tools selling lifting pump systems as well as Oilfield Completion Systems to Oil Companies in Indonesia.
Now we require a highly motivated and talented people with the following minimum requirements to fill in the vacant position:
PURCHASING
Job Description:
· Maintain contract database and distribute the report in timely manner
· Making Material Transfer Report to Management
· Maintain vendor database
· Controlling material shipment to Project Site
· Buyer for material need
· Checking the compatibility of material specification
· Making Contract, PO and SO
· Handling material purchasing
· Support in preparing Tender Bid Document
· Making Correspondence to Vendor
· Updating Material and Services status
Job Specification:
· Have experience at the same position and doing the same activities is preferred
· Have educational background minimum Diploma 3, in Economic Management, Finance, Engineering, or related major.
· Able to work independently and have firm personality
· Have a good attention in detail and carefully
· Able to speak English is a must
