Qualification
· Minimum S1 Management/ Technique Industry,
· Age : Max 32 years
· Minimum Experience 3 years in similar position
· Good communication in English (Speaking & Writing), Persuasion Skill
· Understand the process of Recruiting, Selecting & Interviewing)
· Understand about Organization Development (Organization Structure, Organization Behavior, People Development and Career path system)
· Understand about Performance Appraisal
· Good Initiative & Dynamic, self starter
Responsibility
· Support in handling process recruitment, people development, career path and procedure improvement.
