A large MNC with the HQ based in Germany is looking for accountants
(several positions).
Responsibilities:
* Prepare / analyze monthly financial statements, and annual
Budget
* To ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/ quarterly
reports and assist in the preparation of narratives of variances
between actual performance versus forecast/budget
* Analyze and adapt changes in financial guidelines (i.e. IFRS)
into processes
* Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing
procedures and practices
* Oversee the daily accounting functions of A/R, A/P and G/L to
ensure accounting records are kept in compliance with the group
accounting policies (Indonesia Accounting Standards, GL Group
Guidelines, IFRS)
* Handle treasury
* Handle taxation matters
Requirements
* Possess Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPAA or
equivalent.
* At least 6-8 years experience, of which 3 - 4 years experience
in one of the Big 4 audit firms and experience in an international
organisation would be added advantage.
* Experience in handling Group Reporting with the initiatives to
develop reporting structure, policies and processes.
* Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details and
strong integrity
* Excellent communication with the ability to interact with all
level.
