We are looking for :

 

Director of Sales

 

Position Requirements :

 

·    Posses 4 (four) years experience in the similar position at a 4 (four) star hotel.  Any candidate who is interested to apply and has been in the position of an Assistant DOS is also welcome to send their application

·    Identify potential Accounts and business opportunities for the hotel

·    Pre-qualify and target Key Accounts, develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel's market share

·    Ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communication

·    Confers with department heads to discuss and formulate plans for soliciting business

·    Set rate guidelines and parameter to maximize yield of the hotel

·    Develop Sales strategies for Feeder cities Sales team and closely monitor the business achievements from feeder cities

·    Accountable for aggressively driving market penetration

·    Preparation of marketing plan

·    Responsible for developing market strategies and promotions for domestic and international customer automation

·    Financial Budgeting and target chasing for the Department

·    Constant monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitors for business development
