Responsibilities would include:
1. Renders secretarial and administrative services to the Area General Manager
2. Guest Comments - Maintains a well-organized file of all guest comments liaises with the concerned parties regarding investigations, follows-up on required actions, prepares the necessary correspondence in reply to comments.
3. Maintains calendar, schedules meetings and appointments, and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
4. Plan and prepare meetings materials and record meeting minutes.
5. Assists with providing timely and service-oriented phone reception.
