Spesific Requirements:
HRM
Require a degree and 2 years experience. Must possess a great communication skills. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: conducting interviews, job postings with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, trade magazines and newspapaer. Career development, staffing intiatives, employee relations, work place ethics and perfomance manegement. Must be the bridge between management and employees to facilitate smooth functioning of the operation of the company.
Design and organize training programs for safety issues, language training and health. Conduct exit interviews during employee termination and resignations. HRM must understand Indonesian labor lawas and legislation and employee contracts. Conduct yearly evaluations with the Management of each department.
FBM/Resto Mgr
2 Years experience in a 4* Envinronment.
Responsible for the business performance of the FB/Restaurant. Posses the ability and plan Fb/Restaurant sales levels and profitability. Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discounts schemes. Ability to use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks. Organize scheduling of FB/Restaurant staff. Work directy with accounting to maintain Budget and employee records, monitor bookeeping records for paying bills.
