World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :

1. Market Development Facilitator (code : MD)

To assist fishermen, seaweed producers, horticulturalist and livestock rearers to increase their incomes by meeting buyer requirements and gaining access to more lucrative and sustainable markets. The positions will be based in Sikka & Surabaya but involve regular travel to Flotim.

General Qualifications

•S1 degree in Business Administration/Commerce

•Practical business knowledge with an emphasis on marketing

•Financial management skills

•Fluent in English

•Experienced in motorcycle riding and have a clean license

2. Sponsorship Planning & Monitoring Officer (Code : SPM)

Responsible to support the overall sponsorship operation service through intentional planning & monitoring of sponsorship project in the designated region to contribute to the transformation of children, families, communities, and donors aligned with WVI Indonesia strategy and Sponsorship Standard & Policy. The position will be based in Palu.

General Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any areas, self-education, and/or on-the-job training

•Knowledge and experience on assessment, design & log frame development

•Knowledge and experience about monitoring plan

•Understanding of sponsorship standard and policy

•Min. TOEFL Score : 400

•Experience in facilitating training (preferable)

3. Project Finance Support Supervisor (code : Fin Spv)

Supervision for financial analysis of projects and implementation of centralized financial database liaise with operation and other department in proving financial data.

General Qualifications :

•Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting

•Minimum 5 years experience in humanitarian aid

•Sun system administrator and report writer knowledge

•Able to operate and create report by Vision XL & Vision Executive

•Good Leadership skill
