[Job-Vacancy] Head Of Security Surabaya (Real Estate)

We are one of leading real estate developer company in Surabaya, East Java, who has been engaged in this business for more than 35 years and subsidiary of a group company in Indonesia that have 50 years experience in this business. We need a few talented, highly motivated and results orientated people to join our successful business team as :

HEAD OF SECURITY FOR SURABAYA

Your Requirements

· Minimum 2 years experience in similar position

· Though, firm and open minded

· Outgoing personality and self starter

· Preferably has army / military background

· Preferably has references on Self Protection skill

· Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager Rooms.

· Provide supervisory guidance and support to all colleagues in the Security Department.

· Create a safe and secure environment for all citizen and colleagues.

· Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the Security department and any associated areas.

· Responsibility for the fire life safety policies and procedures.

· Develop and train all colleagues in emergency procedure preparedness.

· Maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies.

· Have a minimum 5 years experience in lead more 300 security guards

· Have strong knowledge in technology and security devices including implementation

· Have knowledge in Health and Safety Procedure

· Good English in speaking and writing

· Computer (MS Word, Excel, Lotus 5, MS. Project, Power Point)

· Communication and Judgment Skill

Candidate must be achievers, having clarity of thought, high sense of commitment, ready to work and contribute in teams, willing to take challenges and responsibility, energetic, enthusiastic and fast learner.
