ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER

 

Hotel Ciputra Jakarta managed by Swiss–belhotel International, ranked in the top 100 of the world’s top Hotel Companies offers the successful candidate great career opportunities with in the company.  Hotel Ciputra Jakarta has 327 room keys and is a full serviced 4 star hotel property.  The hotel in general is the market leader of its quality and with 17 multi purpose function rooms, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta is not only now referred to as “Jakarta’s Most Convenient Hotel” it can be referred to as “Jakarta’s Most Convenient Meeting Place”

 

As this is a senior EXCOM position and will be referred to as the number 2 of the property, we are looking for high caliber candidates who will have the following qualifications;

 

·                     Would have held a similar position in a Four or Five Star Hotel International managed property.

·                     University educated and graduated

·                     Computer literate

·                     Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with General Manager in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence

·                     Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record

·                     High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment

·                     Strong organization, administration and communication skills

·                     Good command of English both verbal and written

·                     Good sound track record of career progression within the hotel industry

·                     Hands-on approach in the operations

·                     Positive Leadership

·                     Socially well adjusted
