Software Consultant
Responsibilities:
Consultant will have end to end responsibility for software
implementation project within the client's firm.
Responsible for training customers and preparing them to go live with
the application.
Implementations include configuration and setup of the application,
business process review, training and consulting.
Qualifications:
· Minimum D3/S1 or Professional Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology/ Information Management/Computer
Accounting or equivalent.
· Male/Female, 21-30 years old.
· Good command of spoken English.
· Able to work independently as well as a team player.
· Willing to travel.
· Fresh Graduate are welcome.
Software Programmer
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of
established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
Maintain and modify programs.
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
Qualifications:
· Minimum S1 Computer Science/Electro/
Engineering/
· Male/female, 24-35 years old.
· Fresh graduate are welcome.
· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Software
Engineering/
· Skills in Visual FoxPro, JAVA Programming & Crystal Report.
· Knowledge of SQL Database 2000/2005, SQL Store Procedure,
Windows 2000/20003.
· Good communication skill in English and Indonesia .
· Able to work independently as well as a team player.
· Willing to travel.
Business Representative
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility is to create and develop new sales opportunity for
business application.
Manage existing costumers and develop new accounts to deliver sales
target.
Meet costumers, follow up on sales enquires and pursue sales leads.
Possess good communication skill, presentation skill and able to work
as team player.
Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, good appearance.
• Minimum D3 from any background.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a sales (computer, credit card,
insurance)
• Willing to travel.
• Familiar with MS office.
• Experience in accounting is a plus.
• Preferably have your own vehicle.
• Salary : IDR 1.5 – 3 million + bonus.
HRD Manager
Responsibilities:
The candidate must have a track record as HRD manager or other related
position with the same function, preferable in IT or software company.
He/ she is responsible for establishing good recruitment
processes, organizing and developing comprehensive training
program, maintaining and enhancing company rules and regulations ,
developing personnel score-cards, and other HR functionality.
Qualification :
· Min. S1 in Management / Law/ Business admin or other related
field.
· Male/female, 30 - 40 years old
· Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel
Administration.
· HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Planning, Industrial
Relations.
· Excellent Presentation and Communication Skill.
System Integrator Manager
Responsibilities:
The candidate must be able to articulate the solution in customer &
prepare business proposals / solutions to customers.
Confident to present and demonstrate product capabilities and systems
solutions to customers as well as conduct evaluation and
implementation of solutions for application installation, operating
system, component network activating and IT service.
Qualifications:
· Min. S1 or Professional Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Male / female, 28-35 years old
· Must have good experience in IT (LAN and Trouble shooting,
novell back up, windows, anti virus, system software / hardware)
· Having CCNA & CCNP certification.
· Must have good management, communication and presentation
skill
· Willing to travel.
