Our company is seeking for an experienced Personal Assistant to
CEO.candidate to fulfill few open positions.
1. Personal Assistant (to be located at South Jakarta)
- Minimum S-1 from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in related job
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); Ability to speak language is
an advantage
- Excellent secretarial, administration and computer skill
- Initiative, able to work independently, able to handle and
prioritize multitasking works
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Dynamic, energetic, highly disciplined, self-motivated individual
who have strong integrity, honesty and persistency to cope with very
high work standard demands
- Able to work in varying/odd working hours
2. Secretary (to be located at Central Jakarta)
- Minimum D-3 from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience in related job
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); Ability to speak language is
an advantage
- Computer literate
- Good administration skill
