[Job-Vacancy] Urgently Needed in PT ZTE Indonesia!

HR ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Supporting all department for attendance system
Maintain updated employee records and submit appropriate reports
Ensure proper employment filing
Handle Personnel HR Administration, Training Administration
Support managers in staffing and employment related issues

Requirements:

· Female, below 30 years

· Bachelor Degree in Physiology/ Law or any major related

· Minimum 1 years experience

· Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin will be an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Strong service orientation and job commitment; high work efficiency.

· Responsible, hardworking and sustainable to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal skills and good in team work

TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

· Site Survey

· Install CDMA BTS/ Transmission for our customer and provide installation instruction

· Integration and Maintenance CDMA BTS / Transmission / ADSL

· Provide onsite training of equipment installation to project contractors

Requirement:

· Over 1 year's relevant work experience in telecom companies, preferably with multinational telecom companies

· Be able to communicate and cooperate well with others, continuous improvement orientation, a strong sense of responsibilities

· Strong learning, analytical and problem solving abilities

· Proficient in English

JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(Jakarta & Bandung Based)

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English
Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF optimization activity.
Have deep knowledge about radio network optimization in different environment
Hands on experience with analyze field measurement results (Statistics).
Hands on experience from tuning and optimization activities in a live network.
