Technip Indonesia (PTTI), which services the Indonesian Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and General Industrial sectors. PTTI covers offshore and onshore field development, gas processing and liquefaction, refining and onshore pipelines. In non-oil sectors, PTTI covers fertilizers, chemicals, cement, life sciences, power generation and other growth market industries.
As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position listed below:
Training Executive – HR Department
Requirements:
1. Male (preferable)
2. Bachelor degree from any discipline
3. Around 2 years experiences in handling training administration on HR Department
4. Good spoken & written in English
5. Good in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
a. Organize training programs (soft skills and technical skills) execution from preparation, the date day, and the post programs.
b. Administer training activities, e.g. training payment; training evaluation; training reports; training registrations.
c. Maintain & update training database accurately.
d. Close working with training vendors or internal users to ensure the smooth execution of the programs.
