Our company, as one of the biggest hand phone company in Indonesia needs a qualified candidate to fill a Sales General Manager & Retail Manager position. The candidate must have a dynamic personality and should be able to bring a positive changing for the working environment. The candidate should meet the following qualifications:
I. Sales General Manager
- Magister degree from relevant discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years experiences as Sales General Manager.
- Possess good organizational and managerial capability.
- Possess working Experiences in Consumer Good or Cellular company with good distribution network in Indonesia and also has a wide networking (Applicants who have the experiences in other fields are encouraged to apply)
- Able to work according to the pre-determined
- Have a strong leadership and ready to work out of town
- Fluent in English, Hokkian and Mandarin (oral and written) is additional point.
- Ready to work immediately
- Can work well under tight deadline
- Ready to be placed in all over company’s working area
II. Retail Manager
1. Min. Bachelor Degree of related fields.
2. Maximum 40 years old.
3. Min. 5 years experience at the same position in Consumer Good or Cellular Company is an additional point.
4. Ready to be placed in all over company’s working area and work in high mobility.
5. Have the right sales strategy.
6. Able to work according to the pre-determined
7. Have a strong leadership.
8. Able to manage his/her employee in at the branch office, and ready to work out of town
9. Fluent in English (oral and written)
10. Ability in Hokian and Mandarin (oral and written) is additional point
11. Ready to work immediately
12. Can work well under tight deadline
III. HR Staff
1. Min Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law.
2. Max 30 years old and good looking.
3. Have Minimum 2 years working experience at the same position.
4. Excellent in handling HR, Legal & GA duties.
5. Able to handle legality of custom import of goods.
6. Able to work according to the pre-determined
7. Strong personality, leadership and good in interpersonal skill
8. Able to manage his/her employee in the branch office, and ready to work out of town
9. Fluent in English (oral and written)
10. Ready to work immediately and to be placed in all over company’s working area
11. Can work well under tight deadline
