We are a rapidly growing company, to support group company in looking for professional candidates to fill in a position of:

HRD Senior Staff (HRD)

General qualifications:

Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with major course work in psikology, HR management or a related field.
Three years of experience in HR field.
Having Ability and familiar to perform recruitment and selection, competency, development, and training, performance management, job and competency analysis, and others
Having ability and familiar to perform coaching and conselling
Having effective verbal, written, presentation, and listening communication skills.
Demonstrate efficient time management and stress management skills.
Good knowledge of principles and practices of employees supervision and organization.
Excellent team building skills.
Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
