Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Be responsible for evolving business requirements in various product areas
Ø Translate business requirements to detailed technical requirements
Ø Benchmark with existing products in the market to analyse feature set and come up with recommendations.
Ø Facilitate business acceptance with business users. Perform acceptance testing on behalf of the business users.
Ø Participate in setting up requirements and testing process in a dynamic start-up environment
Relevant Past Experience (2-4 years of total experience)
Ø Hands on experience in an analysis role (preferably in financial services).
Ø Ability to visualize applications and potential issues with functional design.
Ø Experience working in multidisciplinary team, with ability to interact with business users, development and design team
Ø Experience facilitating acceptance testing with business users
Ø Experience working in a Agile team will be a added plus

Technical Architect (Web) / Gurgaon (NCR) / B.Tech/MCA
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Lead the technical delivery of India's leading personal finance website based on Web2.0 including customer portfolio tools, financial planning and transactions on the web.
Ø Lead a cross-functional team including designers, analysts and developers to deliver customer facing website.
Ø Contribute to the direction of the web offering to build a compelling online business.
Relevant Past Experience (4+ years of total experience)
Ø Experience in leading web projects with understanding of both client side and server side technologies on the web
Ø Experience leading cross functional team and ability to facilitate interface design choices based on implementation complexity
Ø Good understanding of design patterns
Ø Hands on experience in designing and developing applications on Java/J2EE stack including Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Ajax
Ø Exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Ø Experience in SEO/Internet marketing will be an added plus

Ø Experience in object oriented analysis and design. Good knowledge of design patterns
Ø Hands on experience in development, preferably in web applications on java/j2ee stack.
Ø Experience in all phases of software development. Experience in writing automated unit tests
Ø Experience in agile development will be a added plus
Ø Experience in creating data model and using any of the relational database.
