World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :

7. 1. Community Development Trainee (code : CD)
Dept/Project                : Area Development Program
Major Roles :
Lead implement of Community development program
Qualifications :
·   S1 degree
·   Willing to be based in Papua, NTT, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, North Maluku , Nias
·   Min. TOEFL Score 400

2. Public Policy Analyst (Code : PPA)
Dept/Project    : Advocacy
Location            : Jakarta
Major roles       :
To support WVIndonesia's strategic mandates to "be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change" by providing a comprehensive analysis of government & non-government policies, research findings, and publications on some issues related to WV IDN advocacy works at local, regional and national levels in alignment with the global center and national office strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
·   Preferably master degree in Public Policy, Law, International Development, Social Works, or relevant degree; or Bachelor Degree with at least 3 year experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works for in-country and international position, with knowledge and skill on International National Human Rights instruments.
·   Min. 3 year experiences working in advocacy/community development/TD works; international experience is a plus, including 1 year in managerial position
3. Project Accountant Shared Services (code : ACC)
Dept/Project    : Finance
Location            : Aceh
Major roles       :
Resource acquisition & management
-   Produce financial report analysis: Budget VS actual to all projects, report consolidation per program & region..
-   Manage project visit to all project across region.
-   Ensure financial reports send to support office.
-   Work closely to support Aceh-Tsunami response & Nias project.

Capacity building and technical support
-   Ensure field accountant have capacity to operate Sun System & able to solve trouble shouting.
-   Ensure field accountant have capacity to analysis financial report for internal management.
-   Conduct special training sessions on Sunsystem, and the use of Vision in analyzing data.

Accountability & Quality Assurance
-   Ensure field financial reports send to head office on time with high accuracy (actual against budget, codes & donors).
-   Review cash analysis consolidation.
-   Produce cost allocation quarterly.
-   Ensure project closed out procedure in place with donor guidelines.
-   Provide updates and capacitates all accountants on grant requirements & provisions
-   Upload all financial report (project & grants) into lotus database.

Networking & Coordination
-   Work closely with others department (Operations, HRD) for accountability & accuracy reports.
-   Review annual & grants budget with operation.

Qualifications
· Working experience minimum 3 years in financial background (preferred with INGO)
· Good communication in English (written & oral)
· Able to operate MS Office (Sun system and Vision will be the advantage)
· Mentoring and Coaching skill and able to work with minimum supervision
· Initiative, Proactive, & creative
· Willing to be placed in Aceh/Nias

4. Market Development Facilitators (code : MD NTT)
Dept : Area Development Program
Location : NTT
Major Roles
To assist fishermen, seaweed producers, horticulturalists and livestock rearers to increase their incomes by meeting buyers requirements and gaining access to more lucrative and sustainable markets.
Qualifications
· S1 degree in Business Administration/Commerce
· Practical business knowledge with an emphasis on marketing
· Financial management skills
· Fluent in English
· Experienced in motorcycle riding and have a clean license.

5.      Business Development Facilitator (code : BD)
Dept : Area Development Program
Location : Jakarta , Surabaya
Major Roles
To assist community members within the Area Development Program (ADP) to build their entrepreneurial capacity, fostering business talent and ideas and improving the individual and ADP area economic development.
S1 degree in Business Administration/Commerce
· Practical business knowledge with an emphasis on marketing
· Financial management skills
· Fluent in English
· Experienced in motorcycle riding and have a clean license.
