We - a new established company as part of a big group of companies
in Indonesia – have just been appointed as new Mercedes-Benz heavy
duty trucks dealer in Indonesia. We will be actively promoting
Mercedes-Benz heavy duty trucks to various Indonesian transport
market segments with full support from Mercedes-Benz who has an
established worldwide reputation in providing premium quality trucks
for any transport applications.
We are currently seeking the services of suitably qualified
candidate for the following positions :
1. HR & GA Coordinator (Jakarta base)
Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology
background
2. Having minimum 3 years experience in HR field, especially
in : HR planning / strategy, Job analysis & Job design, industrial
relationship, recruitment & selection, as well as training &
development
3. Firm in implementing company regulation
4. A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill
and good communication skills
5. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral &
written ) is essential
2. HR & GA Senior Staff (Samarinda Base)
Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology /
law / HR Management
2. Having minimum 2 years experience in HR & GA field,
especially in : GA matters, HR Admin and office management
3. Understand about procurement process is plus point
4. Firm in implementing company regulation
5. A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill
and good communication skills
6. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral &
written ) is essential
