Our client is one of the local best Financial Services Company looking
for suitable candidates to fill the position :
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT DEPT. HEAD (Jr. Manager)
The qualification for this job are :
1. Degree in Human Reources or any related field
2. 1-2 years experiences in managerial function or Assisstant
Manager level from reputable multinational company.
3. Ages less than 35 years
4. Have at least 5 years experience in payroll, compensation and benefit
5. Knowledge of Pph 21, Jamsostek regulation, other regulation
regarding employee welfare
6. Able to implement compensation & benefit survey
7. Proficiency in English both spoken and written
An attractive remuneration package comenserate with experiences and
qualifications will be offered to the right candidate.
