RECEPTIONIST
Job responsibilities:
· Receiving incoming phone call and transferring to other staffs that related to the phone call, and makes an outgoing phone call for other staffs when needed.
· Receiving incoming letters and distribute them to the related staffs.
· Welcoming visitors / guest.
· Giving some information about the company to the visitors / guests / callers when they need it.
· Doing some administration jobs.
Job Requirements:
· Female
· Age not more than 27 year old
· Have an educational background min. D1 from secretarial academy or any related background
· Good in English, both written and oral
· Have a good communication skill and nice personality
